By browsing this website, calculating airport transfer quotes, or placing tour bookings with Sync Tours, you explicitly agree to comply with the following contractual terms and conditions.

1. Tour Booking & Deposit Schedules

Your bespoke travel itinerary reservation is confirmed only upon validation of a 20% security deposit. The remaining 80% balance must be settled 14 days before your landing date, or in card/cash directly to your tour coordinator upon arrival in Sri Lanka, depending on individual agreement details.

2. Dynamic Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that travel plans are subject to adjustments. Our standard cancellation structure operates as follows:

• Cancellations 30+ days prior: Full refund of deposit, minus minor bank transaction processing charges.
• Cancellations 14-29 days prior: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations under 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable, as funds are allocated to reserve boutique resorts and vehicles.

3. Chauffeur Guide & Vehicle Fleet Rules

All vehicles supplied by Sync Tours are piloted by certified chauffeurs carrying full passenger insurance. Guests must comply with local safety laws, including wearing seatbelts. Chauffeurs are legally bound to follow safe driving guidelines and will refuse off-road navigation or unsafe speed demands.

4. Flight Delays & Tracking

Our transfer calculator quotes include real-time flight tracking. Your chauffeur guide will wait at arrival gates up to 90 minutes after landing. If delays exceed 90 minutes without notice, we will make alternate driver allocations, subject to availability.

5. Travel Insurance

While our vehicles carry full passenger coverage, Sync Tours strongly advises all clients to purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, luggage losses, and international flight cancellations.
